Terms of use
These terms apply to the NŪMEROS app for iPhone. By using it, you accept them, along with Apple’s standard license agreement.
This is a translation of the French version. If they differ, the French version applies.
What NŪMEROS is
NŪMEROS works out numbers from your first names, your birth surname and your date of birth, using Pythagorean numerology, and offers texts based on those numbers. It is meant for entertainment and personal reflection.
The texts do not predict anything and are no substitute for advice from a health, legal or financial professional. Your decisions are your own. Results not guaranteed.
The subscription
- Access to the app’s content requires an auto-renewing annual subscription, bought through the App Store.
- A free trial may be offered. Its length is shown in the app before you buy. If you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and the first payment is charged.
- The price is shown in the app before you buy, in the currency of your App Store country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase, or when the trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically every year, at the same price unless a change has been announced, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- To manage or cancel the subscription: iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions. The app’s « Gérer mon abonnement » (Manage my subscription) link takes you there too. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, under its own rules: reportaproblem.apple.com.
What belongs to us
The texts, the design, the NŪMEROS name and the logo are protected. You may share the cards the app creates for personal use. You may not copy, resell or republish the app’s content beyond that.
Liability
We do our best to keep the app working and the calculations accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of the app’s texts.
Your data
What you enter stays on your phone. The details are in the privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
These terms may change. The current version is always on this page, with its date. They are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights the law of your country of residence gives you.
