Privacy policy
In short: what you enter in NŪMEROS stays on your phone. The app measures how it is used, anonymously. No account, no ads, no data sold.
This is a translation of the French version. If they differ, the French version applies.
Who is responsible
The NŪMEROS app and this website are published by hellocelia. For any question about your data: contact@hellocelia.fr.
What you enter
To work out your numbers, the app asks for your date of birth, your first names and your birth surname. This information is stored only on your device. It is not sent to any server, ours or anyone else’s. All calculations are done, and all texts are read, on the device.
For a duo, the second person’s details are used for that one calculation and are not kept.
To erase everything, just delete the app. You can also change this information at any time in the app’s settings.
The subscription
Payment is handled by Apple. We never see your bank details, your name or your Apple email address.
To check whether your subscription is active, the app uses RevenueCat, a service provider that receives an anonymous identifier generated by the app, your purchase history in NŪMEROS and technical information (device model, system version, store country). RevenueCat has no access to anything you enter in the app. Its policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.
Notifications
The morning card and the end-of-trial reminder are local notifications: they are scheduled on your phone, without going through a server. You can turn them off in the app or in iPhone Settings.
Shared images
When you share a card, the image is created on the device and goes through the iOS share sheet. It contains neither your first name nor any personal data. What happens to the image after that depends on the app you send it to.
Usage analytics and diagnostics
To find out which features get used and to spot crashes, the app uses PostHog, hosted in the European Union. It receives:
- usage events: onboarding completed, daily ticket opened, subscription started or restored, card shared, duo started, notification settings;
- technical errors, when the app crashes or an operation fails;
- device information: model, iOS and app version, language.
All of this is tied to an anonymous identifier created by the app. PostHog never receives your first names, your surname or your date of birth, nor those of a duo, nor the text of your cards. It may infer an approximate country from your IP address. This data is not combined with any other app or website and is not used for advertising. Its policy: posthog.com/privacy.
To opt out of this measurement, write to contact@hellocelia.fr.
This website
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may record visitors’ IP addresses in its technical logs for security reasons. It has no analytics and sets no cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
What we do not do
- No account to create.
- No advertising and no ad trackers.
- No data sold, rented or transferred.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or erase data about you, or object to its processing. Since your information stays on your phone, most of these rights can be exercised directly in the app. For subscription data and usage analytics, write to contact@hellocelia.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
The app is not intended for children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its update date.
